Do I need an appointment to visit the boutique?

To guarantee a fitting room, please email us at shop@theposhboutique.ca or call 587-9718666. We always welcome walk-in visits too!

What sizes are in stock?

Please check the dress size options for in-stock sizes. Since our gowns are boutique-style and handcrafted with elegant fashionable details, we keep a limited number of pieces in stock and the website has the most up-to-date stock. So if it says your size is in stock, that means you can order :)

What is a custom order?

As mentioned, our gowns are boutique-style and handcrafted with elegant fashionable details; we mostly work on custom orders. Every gown size ranges from 2-20 (depending on the gown you are choosing). Please select custom orders under the size option and during checkout notify us of the size you want. Always measure yourself before choosing the size and use the sizing chart attached with the gown you are ordering.

Shipping & Delivery time for In-stock gowns

All our in-stock gowns’ shipping+delivery can be completed within 7-10 working days. Please note that the holiday season might affect delivery times.

Shipping & delivery time for Special (Spl.) orders

All Special Order gowns’ shipping + delivery takes about 4-6 weeks. Please order ahead of time and note that the holiday season can add up to 3-4 weeks in the standard processing times.

What lengths are the gowns?

Measured from the collarbone to the bottom hem, long dresses are an average of 57”- 60” inches and short dresses an average of 27” - 33” inches.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

All Sales are Final. No Returns or Exchanges are allowed. Please review the size guide and book a video call appointment if you are unable to visit our store and try the gowns on.

Online orders- How do I redeem my GIFT card?

Please call or email us before your next order to use the credit on your gift card.
