How will the package be shipped?

All orders within Canada ship with UPS or Canada Post.
All orders within the US ship with USPS, DHL, or UPS.
All international orders ship with USPS, DHL, or UPS.

What Is your Return/ Exchange Policy?

All Sales are Final. Please review the Size Guide carefully and arrange a video call appointment if you are unable to visit our store and try on the gowns.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer all methods of shipping. We will do our best to expedite the order and get your dress delivered before your event. Please contact customer service to confirm availability, pricing options, and delivery dates before you finalize your order online.

How can I track my order?

Email customer service at shop@theposhboutique.ca for order updates. A customer service representative will update your order within 24-48 hours. The tracking number will be emailed once the package departs from our store location.

I ordered multiple dresses, will they ship together?

We will do our best to ship both pieces together. Due to stock availability, some packages will arrive separately.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

All packages must be signed when your order is delivered.
